- Elegant 1930s hotel that has been renovated & updated to 2025 standards
- Pretty building
- Beautiful lobby and great location. Complimentary birthday cake for the birthday girl.
Cons -
- They have a motion light in the closet and the closet does not have a door. Consequently when you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom the light comes on and floods the entire room with light! Great for those that have trouble sleeping!
- Housekeeping is overworked. Dispenser bottles of shampoo & conditioner empty. Only 3 towels rather than standard 4. Wouldn't give late checkout so never got to wash my hair using Le Labo products. No discount for parking. Better service at cheaper hotels.

Pretty building

The staff were all incredible. The front desk staff were so kind and considerate. Always a marvellous experience here.
