Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Downtown/Lake Union

Good location, easy check in, rooms are typical with no surprises.

It skews a bit boring, parking is pricey and you're kinda stuck using it unless you know the area and feel adventurous street parking a few blocks away.

Atmosphere was pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant bartender was friendly and provided great service.

Nothing.

Very nice hotel - comfortable beds, location was great with view of lake.

Though paid in advance thru Booking, the hotel double billed me for the stay and added parking charges ($1200 total) - I thought it was a simple error that would be resolved but think again - 9 days later, 4 phone calls and I am still trying to get this resolved. How hard is it?? It’s like they had no record at all? Very frustrating.

The housekeeping staff knocked on our door and came into the room in the morning before checkout time.

The "oversize" parking only mean "taller" vehicles. Payin $50 to park in a sardine can is a nightmare! DO NOT BRING A PICKUP OR FULL SIZE SUV! I like that the garage was secure, but it takes an 85 point turn to park and leave/enter the garage. Other than the overpriced tight parking I am very happy with this place.

Location was great, and fairly easy to get to. Walking distance from a lot of attractions in Seattle. Room was quiet and had a lovely view.

Parking was a bit expensive, windows were a bit dirty so the view wasn't a nice as it could have been.

restaurant food was mediocre at best, but service was fast and friendly. decor is clearly aimed to young male software engineers— not enough light in room to apply makeup and no makeup mirror:)

The courtyard is a good hotel -- nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. I wish there had been an outdoor patio/courtyard for guests, and I also wish they had a pool, but it is right across from Lake Union where you can watch people swimming and paddleboarding. You can walk or run the Lake Union trail, or take a decent walk to downtown and/or Seattle center. It's a great location if you don't mind some decent walks. The neighborhood was better than expected even with all the construction, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

No outdoor areas to sit and have a drink/coffee. No pool. Lots of construction happening very close by.

The room is nice and clean.
