Helpful, professional but friendly manner of staff, situation of hotel perfectly managed our needs, free parking, and comprehensive inclusive breakfast; all made this a happy and successful visit to Campbell River!!

No pool.!

The staff were great. The came up to clean the dirty fridge within ten minutes of me calling.

The fridge door was covered in very greasy fingerprints. It was gross and clearly not washed. Not what I expected when paying over $---/night for a hotel room, especially during a pandemic. The bath room sink was also dirty around the rim.

Wonderful staff. They were short staffed, dealing with a broken elevator and long weekend business. The staff were still attentive and helpful and polite.

Hotel is a bit dated but well maintained.

i liked the breakfast buffet and the nice staff , but i didn’t like the noisy room from other people

i didn’t like the noisy room, could here people talking through walls and people banging above me until 1 am

What there was of brealfast was good. Room was clean & building was quiet. Close to the waterfront & old downtown. Staff friendly & allowed us a 12 noon checkin.

Nothing real bad. We checked in on a Sunday & all resturant/pubs were closed.

Location was perfect and staff were super freaking and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Nice, clean room on 3rd floor overlooking the ocean. with a TV, fridge, and coffee maker. Breakfast in the buffet bar was very good.

The hot tub is basically in the floor in the middle of the fitness room. Needs to be segregated from all the other equipment to keep the condensation down. Jets didn't work anyway.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient location. Shopping and food nearby.

My room was right beside the highway, and it got loud at about 530 in the morning. I found some earplugs at shoppers, which helped with the rest of my stay.

Overall, the location was great, central to everything we wanted to see. It was also nice to have the complementary breakfast.

The bathroom didn't have a dedicated fan, and not sure if it was working or not (didn't hear it, if it was on), the bathroom was hot, tight for space. As for the queen bed, close to the window, the springs were too squeaky, kept us awake. There was also an old popsicle box in the small fridge / freezer, which still had a few popsicles left. The wall electrical outlet in the bathroom will need to get checked, lack of power, and the reset button didn't work.

Breakfast was amazingly delicious. Room was clean . Staff were pretty kind and expert.

Some guests were loud and we could hear them clearly from even two blocks away.

Nice included breakfast, good view of the ocean, pet griendly.

It is on a major road and fairly easy to access

Parking was a bit of a challenge (limited)

The location was excellent, staff were pleasant and helpful ,very clean

Great location downtown by the ocean, mall, and park. Included hot breakfast was a bonus.

No water in the room when i was trying call nobody answered the phone including front desk. Eventually I had to call the hotline through my mobile and luckily a person from front dest answered when asked why no body picking up the calls from internal line she had no answer and we were told to climb 5 floors to get water. I Feel water is basic , staffs were impolite. Never visit again. Card was debited even a day before even though the booking says pay at property.
