The Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites

Location. Class place with great service and staff.

Most everything was as expected or better. Room a bit small, but that was expected and I didn’t need a lot of space.

Would really like to know how much my parking costs at checkout, or within 24 hours after. The HVAC system is a bit noisy and outdated.

No outside rooms, despite upgrade on 5th floor rooms are still tired. And all the inside rooms are really priced too high, based only on name of property.

Location. Staff was excellent.

A microwave in room would have been useful.

Proximity to medical facility, Shopping and food establishments, and entertainment.

Noisy cooling unit. Had to shut it off to get a bit of sleep - even though room became overly warm in the night.

Good location, overall comfortable place, spacious rooms.

The bathroom was a little tight and the bathtub itself was a little aged. We waited for an extended time to be seated at the restaurant for breakfast. No one at the desk for more than 5 minutes despite servers and bar staff present. We decided to leave.

There was a slight glitch when we checked in, so the hotel upgraded us to an executive suite.

It is comfortable and there are good gathering spaces

It would have been prudent to inform incoming guests that restaurant was closed in the hotel

I like the "traditional" look of the hotel. Room was comfortable, if small.

TV remote not working. Called front desk three times; told maintenance would come but they did not.Found out they gave wrong room #.$50 off bill but already inconvenienced. Concierge yelled at me for ordering uber instead of asking him to call cab.

Excellent location, clean room

Very small room. Dated, very old bathroom. Uncomfortable pillows. The door to the room was stuck, so I always had to push hard to get inside. Very mediocre room for the price.

Beautiful Hotel. Comfortable bed! Loved that you could walk to the harbor. Would recommend eating at the Bicycle Thief at the Harbor!

Clean room, excellent staff and good restaurant.

Wifi connectivity was terrible! We were glad that we are no longer working, trying to do normal business tasks would have been impossible.

We were given a premium room with king size bed, living room, and large bathroom. It also had a refrigerator and espresso coffee machine which we did enjoy. Plus the location was great as it was in close proximity to the Public Gardens and the Harbor.

Lovely staff and front desk personnel, old-fashioned polished elegance throughout hotel, beautiful room with courtesy upgrade, greeted with scrumptious chocolate strawberries in our room on arrival in honor of our anniversary!

Location, classy lobby, front porch, bathroom could be updated. Staff excellent.

It is looking a bit tired.

The kitchenette area with fridge and microwave. Even included cutlery and some dishes.

Bathroom was very small with little to no counter space.

Bathtub had a cheap liner with water sloshing around underneath it. No soap in the bathroom. Staff weren?t all that friendly.

Everybody was super friendly. Because we asked for adjoining rooms we were upgraded to a suite! The odd thing was our bathroom was tiny compared to the bathroom in the adjoining regular room. It was very nice!
