It was so nice to have a small apartment for our trip. As a family with small kids, we were able to cook breakfast in the mornings and even do laundry before departing for out next destination. The location was in a great area near shopping and dining. I liked that it was only a few minutes to the strip, but still far enough away to avoid traffic and the crazy scene there. Perfect location and amenities. Will stay again on our next visit.
The only downside is there is no housekeeping and we had to buy some of our own dish soap and dishwasher pods (only comes with 1).

Great location with close access highways.
The check-in process was not efficient due to the enforced 4pm check-in time. Too many people waiting and only 2 staff members processing the customers. Either increase your staff to handle the 4pm surge or move up the check-in time so that the customer experience is better. First impressions were not good as many of the waiting customers shared their unhappiness with each other. This is after getting several messages throughout the day that the hotel is ready for your arrival.

Conveniently located across from the "Silverton" Casino and parking garage. Easy parking. Nice casino and restaurants at the casino. Nice to be off the hustle of the strip, but still not too far to travel. The room was very large.
The pool was not vacuumed.

Clean, nice room, good location.
Great spot but not a standard hotel stay, no house keeping, extra pillows, etc. Was hoping for more accommodations! Old TV, no smart TVs.
