The hotel was beautiful and the view was beautiful. The concierges were all very nice and helpful with suggestions.

I did not like the air conditioning unit - too noisy.

The location is amazing and the building is beautiful.

I was mislead about what my room would be like  the pictures were completely different from our room.

Right on the Ocean, walking distance to Tourist attractions and restaurants, no need to drive at all

Balconies not clean.a very bad location for the room in Italy later changed but again not so good view.that isn't what I exacted looking online . For my 15 days of visiting between us and Canada in the scale of 1 to 10 .10 being excellent this is a 3.

Great staff, great service, great views, great room! Was a perfect place to stay in Victoria. We were very happy with the experience.

Love the serenity and classic design of Erickson wing rooms. Housekeeping needs attention, but overall the location (close to town yet tranquil and interesting watching the harbour activity from our balcony) was fantastic. Love Aura as well.

The rooms were nice and clean but nothing special.

Mainly the terrific location! We were able to stay out late into the evening and walk back to the hotel, feeling totally safe. Also, when we departed we took the Victoria Clipper to Seattle, and the terminal was just down the hill.

We didn't eat there. There restaurant seemed a little pricey, at least for breakfast.

The room was great. Lovely view. Very small balcony. Nice seating area in room.

Common area, the eating areas were not inviting, Open area, no privacy for first one you saw, other very small entrance, so did not explore more.

Parking Price $17. Parkade at the end of the street was $6.50 a night and there was free parking off site. Have to pay for WiFi.

Harbor view balcony was very small with no chairs or even room for a chair.

The view of the harbour from our room was amazing. The restaurant had wonderful food for reasonable prices and the staff was so careful to give a table that would maximize the view.

Lovely view, windows that open to fresh air. It was quiet at night. Good size fridge.

Would have been nice to have a morrow in the bedroom.

This place is in need of some updates! The pool doesn't have a hot tub. Wifi in room is extra, as is parking, but they don't tell you about the free parking on the street only a block away. Upgrade fee to get a room with a decent view...

We paid $40 and got upgraded to the most beautiful suit. Amazing customer service and a very clean room.

I selected this hotel and then helped organize a senior van full of people to join me. We had a ball and the hotel people couldn't have been more helpful. Everyone loved the hotel.
