Lovely Inn for an escape to total relaxation. Outstanding fine dining. Have been before and will definitely go again. A beautiful, welcoming venue for those seeking peace, quiet with some outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, canoeing on the lake.

There is nothing to dislike. We went for a relaxing getaway and we found it. We were not looking for "big city night life" as it does not exist in Ayer's Cliff, Quebec. Other travelers may need to consider this.

We were welcomed very warmly. It was our honey moon, though short, was lovely. Many thanks to all.

The location is just splendid, with beautiful views, especially at sunset. The rooms were quite comfortable. The staff friendly.

The restaurant was extremely expensive, and, because there was a corporate event going on, service to the other guests was painfully slow. It took forty minutes before we got even some pieces of bread, and the drinks took forever. Fortunately, the evening sunset was lovely. But, for a long time, we sat there with water and a completely empty table.The next morning, we took breakfast in town after reviewing the - again far too expensive - breakfast menu.

Price was a little steep

Good place, but I recommend it mostly for the brunch. *The rooms*++They are nice, but nothing incredible. ++The fireplace makes it cozy. *The food*++Great place for food (with some few hiccups like the homemade sausage). ++The Sunday brunch (55$) is delicious. I definitely encourage going there just for the brunch. *The activities*++They provide fatbikes for free, and board games. ++Wifi works well and is free. *The service*++Nice service Ron the different staff members met. ++The restaurant service doesn’t rush you. It’s a small place, so the service goes at a small pace, which is great for relaxing.

*The rooms*—The pillows were way too bulky and stiff for us. —We had a humming noise almost all night long under our room (room 31). —The TV are not smart, so you should bring your own casting device. *The activities*—I recommend going there during summer time to enjoy the view over the lake, and the exterior activities like the spa and swimming pool. During winter, it’s way too cold to enjoy the spa, and the lake and pool are frozen.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet and staff at bar was delightful.

Ended up at bar because restaurant was snooty. Was a happy problem in the end. Try the scallop stuffed calamari at the bar. It was memorable

The location was beautiful… charming and well kept

There were some problems with waterlines…. Several workmen making a fair amount of noise and no water for part of a day

Great location lake view is amazing , comfortable accommodation, very clean and view of the lake .

Beautifully appointed. Excellent kitchen with top notch appliances. View from deck of Terrace condo was stupendous. Shower was very good once we figured out how to control the temperature. Already lining to go back.

Only 1 luggage rack for a suite that could theoretically sleep 4. An instruction manual for the oven would be very very helpful for those of us not accustomed to what we think was a convection oven. And a softer pillow would have been nice.

Perfect breakfast, the facilities are awesome. The staff is very special. It's the 3rd time we come, this is a happy place for us.

The room where we stayed was just beside the reception room where a party was taking place. We could sleep at all, badly.

It was all lovely. The staff was helpful. The hotel is lovely, with a beautiful charm. Clean, friendly, great service. The food in both the bar and restaurant was wonderful.

The lake view was beautiful. The receptionist when we first arrived was lovely.

The AC didn't work when we first arrived and the filters in the AC were packed with dirt/dander, etc. The Bed mattress appeared to be older, and hard as a rock. The bed was very uncomfortable both nights and I still have a sore back today. Cheap toiletries, the toilet paper was barely one ply, just cheap for a relatively expensive stay. The dining experience was tricky, the waiter wasn't very patient with our English speaking. I also had emailed the concierge Stefan directly to assist with booking activities and he never followed through. Fortunately, the Duffern heights was able to give us a tee time last minute.

The location was just what I was dreaming of, peaceful and quietThe room was overlooking the lake and the pier with two chairs where we sat soaking in the last rays of sunshine. The restaurant Le Riverain was very good with a special mention to the chef patissier, his chocolate and hazelnut composition was to die for… different textures, different exquisite flavours melting in the mouth… he has a great future!

The food at the bar…. Shamefull low quality, i already explained to the very kind waittress who did her best to make up for the stunningly low quality.

Beautiful suites and property and helpful staff. We had a great stay!

Limited vegetarian options at the restaurants

Food was excellent. Restaurant experience was wonderful, never felt rushed. The facilities were great (pool, outdoor terraces, view of the lake). The staff was super solicitous of making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

A few glitches, like a drawer door came off, a light switch cover had been left on the sink counter and the coffee pot broke. BUT these were minor issues, considering the overall quality of our stay.

The location is excellent with beautiful views of the lake. The staff are welcoming and very professional.

The beds need an upgrade. Our bed was not comfortable.

we loved the Ripplecove Inn. it is such a wonderful place, very conducive to relaxing and enjoying nature and good company. the staff is fantastic, doing everything to make our stay memorable. we will certainly be back.
