- We loved Ernez the best!!! We relaxed at the lobby bar for a quick bite to eat and drink and we were met with this amazing human being. If you?re in town at this hotel, give him some love. He made our trip!
- The bed was so soft. I really had the best sleep ever. Also, the view from my room was great. I had a view of the skating rink across the street as well as the old and new City Hall.
- Everything. The location, the waterfall courtyard, the new restaurant and bar, the spacious rooms.
Cons -
- Everything was great!
- I could hear when the room next to me uses the bathroom. Also, my Wi-Fi was awful. I had a hard time keeping a signal on my phone and my tablet even with my portable wi-fi. But when I was outside, it was fine.
- Better food / restaurant options in the hotel on weekends
