- staff were very friendly!
- The pool/sauna was a lovely option lots of seating and lounge chairs available
- The Sheraton is my fave hotel in Toronto - it's right in the middle of downtown, it's clean, it has excellent amenities, and the staff are totally pro.
Cons -
- i wish there was an option to sleep three adults better (bigger beds)
- Phone wasn’t working in room also wifi not working in room. Told front desk but no one came up
- We were given a handicap accessible room shower was impossible to use. Long waits for elevator, check in and valet.

The Sheraton is my fave hotel in Toronto - it's right in the middle of downtown, it's clean, it has excellent amenities, and the staff are totally pro.
