- I stayed for 3 days in a hotel and the hotel room cooling was not at all good. Rooms are suffocating due to lack of cooling and ventilation. Not at pleasant experience for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast area was too crowed and often couldn't find the plates.
- Bed was very soft ( had a sore back after sleeping) and pillows were so thin ..
- Breakfast arrangements non availability of plat3s and cutlery. The ironing pad was stained.

Overall experience was extremely great
Maybe they can look into breakfast menu which is suitable for all ages. Not much option for kids
