Restaurant food was exceptional. Room was quiet and clean.

For this star rating we expected more. The room was very cold 14° and took 6 hours to warm up. The blankets on the bed were inadequate and there were no extra blankets. We had to sleep in our coats.

Noise- dogs, construction or similar at 6am, some other noise throughout the night that sounded like pipes

Location & ambiance. Have stayed many times & always enjoy our stays. Proximity to walking route is lovely.

Room felt "sterile" versus cozy/relaxing re decorating. Not liking this new way. Large armchair very uncomfortable.

The hotel was perfectly located in Victoria. It was an easy walk to the city center and all the attractions.

My daughter and I stayed in room 529 on June 24th. The group staying in room 527 was very loud and obnoxious. The blared music all night and completely disruptive to all around them. I made 4 reports to Hotel staff and did nothing. Simply unacceptable.

Everything! Beautiful location. Incredible view. Loved the locked bike room! Staff was very helpful. Food at Lure was very good. No complaints at all.

Hotel room was on bay side overlooking harbor. We had a gorgeous view of all the Christmas lights in the harbor which was breathtaking. Staff was also very friendly.

Location and views are unbeatable! And I just love how dog friendly these Marriott properties are...it's just so nice to be able to stay in a nice room with your pooch:)

Wonderful location right across the harbor with a most magnificent view of the harbor and city lights after dark.

Great staff. Spacious rooms with mini fridge. Great underground parking. Nice lounge to have a nightcap. Very close to the water taxi . Beautiful property

The noise travels from the hall. Not much soundproofing.

location, close proximity to downtown Victoria. Excellent veiws of the Inner Harbour, especially at night when the Parliament Buildings light up. Songhees Walkway a beautiful walking trail just steps from the hotel.

We were on the 3rd floor. The hallway carpet has rolls in it and is difficult to walk on without tripping. It needs to be stretched back into place.

Friendly staff, good service

An alarm in the room went off at 5:15 a.m. i had a major event in the morning and came to Victoria the night before so as to get a good sleep. Didn¿t happen. Also the mattress was not very comfortable.

Beautiful property and location with a great restaurant!

Staff gave conflicting information about points and refused upgrades, even though status levels were achieved and rooms were available. Beds were too soft. I get that some patrons like that sort of thing, but it's 2021, and most of us sleep on memory foam

We enjoyed the patio off the pool area so much. Everyone was so friendly, we were so impressed. These 'strangers' to us, even did us a 60th anniversary celebration! So surprised!!

Upgraded rooms for a small amt to a harborview rm. Definitely worth it.

Location, Grounds, Views, Pool, staff.

The Rooms are starting to show there age. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Had to pay over $4 for a morning coffee.

The pool was sooo warm! We really enjoyed both the pool & hottub. The restaurant had a patio with a gorgeous view! Best view of the harbour in the city. The hotel was the perfect location for walking. Staff was really helpful.

Walking in our room every night and seeing the Legislature Building lit up was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and accommodating. You can't beat the convenient location; it was a short walk into downtown. We will definitely stay here again.
