Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel

This is not a five star hotel at all The sheets, the bed set was not proper, no bottle of water ? n the room , the room was super bare just like. Cheap Motel room

I didn¿t like anything about this hotel

This hotel didn¿t have microwave I requested for it for 2 days but I didn¿t get any microwave when I asked the reception how I should warm my food she told me she doesn¿t know. They wanted to charge me for wifi but I wasn¿t informed when I was checking in

Clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to the Calgary tower and dozens of restaurants and shopping g.

There was only one chair and a tiny table even though it was a room with two queen beds. The two of us had to visit from out beds instead of sitting in chairs around a table.

Rude staff, the room had a dustbin which was filled with water and garbage, we requested it to be cleaned after Checking in but the start was very rude... there were no water bottles for us, extremely unprofessional

The text I received from someone telling me my food was there and then it said reception is busy ¿can¿t bring it up¿

Shower was excellent and the staff upgraded our when they heard it was anniversary.

The heating system was slow to respond and there were no instructions that we could find.

Perfect for a few days away.. great location and cozy lobby..

I did not like that there was no onsite parking and was surprised with an added $25/ day cost to park my car when. Knowing this would have been appreciated....

Covid rules for hottub closure and had to book a time to use the pool, so we didn't use these perks.

Accommodating, friendly staff and the pool and outside deck were great and had beautiful views of the Calgary tower

Our bed was fairly hard which didn't give us agood rest We had to also get someone to get the fridge working for us so we couldn't keep anything cool until the second night.

Front desk staff is excellent and will do whatever it takes to accommodate the customer. Also, the complimentary ev charger was a pleasant surprise.

No free parking on the premise. The valet parking service is excellent and will accommodate you for a fee.

Perfect location, right in front of the Calgary Tower. Fantastic staff and comfortable large room.

staff that works there is super polite and attentive. Rooms are great and amenities are all there. Special touch is YouTube and Netflix possibility.
