- The desk staff was very efficient and polite.
- This hotel is great if you have a layover. Clean, great staff, and close to the airport (like pretty much across the street).
- Exceptional exercise facilities and pool, vg dining for dinner and breakfast. Bed and bedding great. Shower and bathtub good and priximity to YYZ as good as is possible. Front desk team is very good... service 2 replaceTV controller less than ten minutes
Cons -
- The people who tried to butt in line for the shuttle. But the hotel itself is good.
- The weather and outdoor parking are not conducive to happiness
- You?ll have to pay for breakfast. I thought breakfast was free like others.

Customer service was good. They were almost clean and parking was OK.
You?ll have to pay for breakfast. I thought breakfast was free like others.
