Air conditioner in room was very noisy, so we had to turn it off. It was an extremely hot day.

The jacuzzi tub and was very clean and had friendly staff

The location is excellent when embarking on international (Canada/USA) travel. The $25 pet fee was great!

For the room and additional services (which are non because breakfast was not included and room amenities were minimal) it was expensive

The location was the only redeeming quality

Everything!! Best part was checking out Staff did not care that drunk guests were wandering the hallway outside our room or the blasting volume of the music ALL night. The excuse was they were tradesman and would go to bed early. Everything was terribl

Very comfortable room. Staff pleasant and accommodating. I arrived late evening and no microwave in room. The front desk clerk offered to microwave my dinner! Appreciated having a room fridge and a selection of tea and coffe in the room!

They do not have a breakfast so it would be nice if a microwave was available.

The check in staff were fantastic. Lots of towels in the bathroom.

My room was dirty,1 bed had dirt & dark hairs on it.I slept in the other bed as it appeared to be clean.There were oily/greasy handprints on the table.I wore my boots the entire time. Hotel is tired looking & outdated.

Walls dark, old carpet Was not worth the amount paid even with the free upgrade- they had called earlier in the day to get us to give up room in exchange for another

Amenities and cleaniness

I was given double bed when I booked single bed... Also, was given room in the back corner when there were room available in front .. overall ok for one day stay but not fully met my expectations.

Location

No housekeeping, one bar of used soap left from precious customer, no restaurant for breakfast had to eat out, would never return to this location. Bath didn¿t drain after first shower was taken meaning that second person had to shower in dirty water.

Staff were friendly, good family sized room, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Free internet and parking was included,but the complimentary breakfast was not included due to covid?

The carpet in the room had a terrible odor, made the room smell bad.

Location is convenient - near highway. Pleasant staff. Outdoor pool looked inviting though we didn¿t use it.

Doors into Hotel hallway (where rooms are) is left unlocked and accessible which felt like a potential safety issue. Fitness room was mediocre. Cable TV options weren¿t great.

Close to marina.

Rooms very dated. First room smelled of marujana smoke so we changed it. Air conditioning unit was so loud, it was like a truck was running in the room the whole time. Toilet handle was broken and had to be adjusted regularly to stop constant water flow.
