Horrible experience

Not clean Old stinky rooms

Hotel had all amenities, bar, resteraunt, pool etc.

Staff and the pool/slide was a hit with the kids

Little farther from airport than I thought it would be.

Pullout bed was never changed and had popcorn in it, hotel is outdate, the breakfast at the restaurant is 42$ plus tax and tip for a family of four for something that is included for free at most other hotels. Some of the staff pretty unfriendly.

The water park and slides exceeded our expectations. We had a 1, 4 and 8 year old and there was something for everyone. In addition the hotel provided a lounge fridge for a birthday cake that had to be stored overnight. Staff was very accommodating.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

For the price you pay this property is not worth it. I've been staying at this hotel for 15 yrs. In that time the hotel hasn't done enough to stay current. My room this time had peeling wallpaper and dated fixtures.

Familiar, clean, close to airport.

Everything except being really cold at the pool & water both visits. Rooms being clean and comfortable bed was enjoyable.

The pool water or area could be warmer. I have stayed twice and had the same experience. The hot tub was not the cleanest. Loved that my family of six had three beds for an affordable price

The amenities were really nice. The gym, sauna and pools! The room was just an everyday typical hotel room, but clean!

Room was big and clean, staff was friendly and welcoming.

Bad location room wasn’t very nice for how much I paid, pool had to be booked in advance, there were hockey kids playing in the hallways till almost 3am and no hotel staff cared, the rooms are so hear through, you can hear people whispering in other rooms.

Great location, fun pool for kids, rooms were very clean

Great location- rooms were a little outdated but mattresses were in great condition with clean pressed bedding

Staff didn’t seem to listen- upon check in O mention my husband was a few hours behind woth a later arrival and I was told he was on the reservation and it wouldn’t be a problem to give him a key and parking in a few hours… this was not the case.

We had booked in just for the pool but unfortunately were disappointed by that as well.

They were booked spoiled so we were only allowed an hour time slot to swim unfortunately when it was our turn to go we had just gotten in and someone had a bowl movement in the hot-tub then graciously took it up the stairs and down the slide with them so pulled the grandkids out and unfortunately that was the end of our swimming. Kids were very upset! Once back in the room we had dried blood smeared on the pillow cases that was not ours hotel staff was great with bringing up clean pillow cases for us but still disappointing especially for the cost of the room.

Location was good. The staff were nice and the room was clean

Waterpark area was very busy. Had heavy chorine smell.
