- No towels by the pool but it was Christmas morning.
- They charged for parking. Not expecting that
- Very disappointed. Booked for a date night away. Called before making the booking to make sure hotel hot tub was working. When we arrived we went to the pool to enjoy the hot tub, only to find out it was not working. very disappointing
