Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. For food scene I would go up to Epernay.

Breakfast was very good. Fresh bread large selection of continental foods and continental hot selection. Great drinks choice, fresh fruits cereals and cakes.The hotel restaurant food in the evening was fantastic!

My A/C didn’t work in the room

All excellent, clean, easily warmed up, kitchenette had been topped up with equipment, easy parking.

The rooms were modern, clean and comfy and the buffet breakfast was fresh and exceptional. The dinner in the French restaurant was excellent and delicious.

The layout of the buildings: Reception is hidden away in the back building.

The room was extremely large and comfortable, if a little soulless due to little external light. The bed was high quality. The facilities were broadly good. Surface parking was secure and easy to use.

Too much overhead lighting. Good to have a separate toilet room, but not to fail to provide a toilet roll holder. Disappointing not to be able to dine on our night in a quality hotel, though the restaurant recommended was very good.

A well thought out, spacious and very comfortable room. Excellent find with attached restaurant (didn’t realise and thought it was an every day priced resto but it was very good). Well placed and house champagne v good - family owned.

The air conditioning wasn’t really cold and it was very hot weather. It wasn’t too bad.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel itself was very relaxing and had clearly had a recent revamp. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the whole atmosphere was very relaxing.

The restaurant was closed as it was a Monday night, so best to book ahead in the local town if you want dinner. Recommend La Petite Marotte.

the breakfast was good, with good variety and quality.

What was shocking was that there where no bed sheets on the bed and the staff had left by the time we arrived at midnight.

Location was good and the outside bar terrace was pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly.

The walls are paper thin, the noisy neighbours kept us up until late hours of the morning (can hear every word they say), you can even hear when they flush the chain during the night. Also no AC in the room so we didn’t sleep well at all.

Generally everything about this hotel was of a pretty high standard. Somehow it reflected the Champagne region which surrounds it. When next in this area, it is a hotel we will seek out.

If the weather had been bad, the outside walk from our room to the rest of the hotel might have been unpleasant but we noticed that umbrellas were available at each entrance/exit. I’ve really struggled to identify anything I didn’t like.

We thought it was a lovely calm hotel with a beautiful layout and very modern simple design. The bar area and breakfast areas were really lovely. The wines fantastic, especially the Champagne. Vivian on front desk very accommodating and especially friendly with everyone. Our room was lovely out the back and quiet and large. Beautiful bakery just around the corner and a nice dinner restaurant within easy 5 minute walk.

The Hotel wasn't serving full dinner menu on the night we stayed so that was a little discouraging as we had wanted to stay in and instead had to venture out.

Lots of yummy things for breakfast with very good service, particularly Christine..

The lication was a bit isolated with only 1 or 2 restaurants in the village.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was amazing!
