Pros +

  • We had a two-room appartment with front view to the sea above the restaurant. - A perfect scenic view to the lighthouse. - Enough space for two, acceptable with a kid. - Little kitchen to prepare something - All very clean and refurbished. - You don't hear the restaurant, although it's very busy. - Plenty of space to park the car - Very friendly welcome of the dedicated service assistant - The area around is simply perfect with quit nature and plenty of ways to walk around. - Perfect connection with the bus to St. Helier around every hour.

Cons -

  • - The beds, especially the mattraces. They are hard as stone. I usually like to sleep on harder beds, butafter the 3rd nigh my wife and me both could not sleep through, since the bed was simply hurting at our hip and shoulder. Not sure, what brand it is, but I would call it "concrete flat". - Our son used the sleebing sofa in the living room. It consisted of three segments. The top one was soft, the middle one from the "concrete" company. the bottom one was soft. He is also usually very tolerant, but finally decided to sleep crosswise at the first soft element after some days. - There is not really and storage for clothes and belongings. We alwas had a hard time to store things, so that it looked quite messy after a while. I would not mention the bed thing, but it was affecting us so much, that we were happy to sleep again in our beds at home. whcih also effected the feeling of recovery during a vacation.
