Great location and friendly staff

My room had a tint smell of vomit in between beds. Not a strong smell, just very faint but enough for me as I am very sensitive to smells.

The location was decent. Just a short walk to the Power and Light District and to the streetcar line. Lobby was clean and inviting, though a little small in the check in area.

The room was very dated despite the efforts to make updates. Room was also dirty with either paint or dry wall mud on the wallpaper in several areas. If you like a pillow with any kind of structure, be sure to bring your own pillow because the provided pillows collapse at the slightest touch. Also, despite being on the 9th floor the street noise in the room was quite excessive. It was much louder in the room than what my office in a building next to the railroad experiences. The most disconcerting thing was what appeared to be stains from bodily functions on the bedding.EDIT: Just reviewed my credit card statement and the hotel charged me for valet service when I self parked in the public garage across the street.

The facility was very clean with updated and modern design. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

It wasn’t clear that valet parking was the only option for this facility.

It was very nice, convenient location for downtown life and super clean. Friendly staff as well.

Loved that it was near everything. clean rooms. Friendly staff. They offer valet parking $32 or a parking lot near by. Safe area. In walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants or can ride around in scooters.

Great location, quiet room. We were on a higher floor so streetcar wasn't too loud. Many great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

Difficult to navigate to building; we showed up at another Marriott property initially and when we arrived at the correct Courtyard Marriott, we were confused, as it shares a building with(/is combined with?) a Residence Inn. Overall good location and amenities for a weekend trip though!

Great location. Very clean.

Valet was on website as being $28/ day and ended up being $32/day.

The hotel was incredibly clean. It was easy to find and had parking available directly across the street.

The room was incredibly small. We were not able to easily use the pull-out couch. When you pulled out the pull-out bed, it hit the king size bed. We had to literally rearrange the rooms furniture to make it work.
