- Everyone is very helpful and friendly
- The location and style of the building. It gives a feeling of serenity with the Kiva pool and the services at the gym and spa are amazing.
- Staff & location! Incredibly friendly and helpful. Amenities and food were also excellent. Sorry we were only staying one night! Property was beautiful and quite. Was nice to be away from city noise.
Cons -
- allowing pets (dogs) inside the hotel.
- Bath & shower need to be upgraded significantly! The bathroom feel like a 2 star and the hard water calcification does not give good pressure or direction of spray for the water. The bathtub appears to be the same model as the Marriott Pyramid, 1 star!
