- Everyone is very helpful and friendly
- The location and style of the building. It gives a feeling of serenity with the Kiva pool and the services at the gym and spa are amazing.
Cons -
- No
- allowing pets (dogs) inside the hotel.
- Bath & shower need to be upgraded significantly! The bathroom feel like a 2 star and the hard water calcification does not give good pressure or direction of spray for the water. The bathtub appears to be the same model as the Marriott Pyramid, 1 star!

Staff & location! Incredibly friendly and helpful. Amenities and food were also excellent. Sorry we were only staying one night! Property was beautiful and quite. Was nice to be away from city noise.
