Beautiful resort and lots of dining options on-site; great clean beach & pools; staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond for guests.

The Mexican restaurant was terrible (very limited menu options and all very unusual things; need more common items like fajitas); a lof of raccoons (they appear around dinner time at the outdoor dining spits and get way too close to customers)

There is a hurricane / tropical storm causing three days of straight rain and the hotel would not full cancel and refund my reservation.

The pools were nice.

Hotel was far from the beach. The beach had loads of algea and the hotel was under construction, so portions of the hotel was closed off, including pools, walkways and restaurants. I was also charged $1300 more than what I was supposed to. Food was par.

Beautiful hotel!

Beach smell bad, not a good destination for playa lovers. The service was not goof at restaurants, Food was served cold, the tortillas foe the fajitas took a long time...

The quality of food was really great for the all inclusive.

There was quite a bit of construction on the property, mostly at the beach which I think took away from some of the natural beauty by the beach.

Nice Beach

Rooms are small and You have other room next to You even un the Casitas which You pay more than a regular room. That's not what I expected, specially for a pricy hotel.

Tranquil location Food was good

Can only bike or travel by golf cart. Lots of kids at the resort. Only ten bikes for kids. At least 50 kids at the resort. Took 1.5 hours to get bikes. Kids paid cooking class was eat cotton candy (they didn't even watch the making) and movie.

The property is unreal! The lush green foliage and. Lagoons offer privacy and nature . The rooms in the casitas are like having a luxurious tree house feel. The staff is amazing and we had the best Butlwr Jorge!!! We waned to take him home with us !

The setting was beautiful & peaceful, extremely relaxing. The service by the hotel staff was beyond professional, welcoming and friendly.

I hate to even say anything negative because we had such a wonderful experience, but we felt the food we ordered for dinner at each of the 3 restaurants weren’t that great considering the prices we were paying.

The impeccable rooms, eco-friendly forest like grounds, service oriented staff, no cost use of bicycles, hosted sailboats, superior toiletries.

This is paradise! Peaceful, beautiful, "off the beaten path", & so dreamy, it's as far from reality as you can get. Service is superb! We seldom travel to the same place twice, but this will be the exception! They cater well to food allergies (gluten).

We were there during red tide (seaweed on the beach), but they work hard to keep it cleaned up.

Water and beach access as well as the ability to get around on bike, boat and golf cart

The restaurants had a captive audience and their prices reflected it.

Excellent service; accommodated my request for a bigger tv in the room; bartender promptly gave me to-go cup when my transport arrived early; big tub and nice shower in suite.

A bit of a hike to get to the beach and into the city; must wait a bit for taxis to come; spa use still requires surcharge despite Presidents Club membership
