On arrival, a pre-authorization of up to GBP 500 will be required to guarantee against any damage or other incidental costs. The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a prepaid rate, the same card used for the payment must be presented for the pre-authorization on arrival. Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, you may be re-charged on a card you have at check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.
