- Website shows beach amenities Bar, beds, chairs open and available they were in fact not (kinda the reason you go to a beach resort yes?) Website also says room service Room service was also not available Pretty much they need to update site
- Wait staff not very attentive, had to always ask for refills
- T definitely did not meet expectations. There was no clear communication about anything going on for New Years (which is when we were there). no room service available. Bottled water is scarce. Food was average. No sandy beach and the ocean is far.

Each day there was a fun excursion that is included in the price! We went snorkeling to Columbia Reef, snorkeling at El Cielo where there were thousands of starfish, horseback riding, bike riding and sailing! Food was also delicious!
Should have brought some bug spray for the mosquitos.
