Location, cleanliness and service were top notch and friendly. We used the shuttle service to and from the Hyatt. While both were good, our 3am driver to the airport was exceptional, friendly and just great to be in company with..

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean and met our general needs for a single overnight stay. The restaurant offered a nice selection and very good service. Although we had some trouble connecting with the hotel to arrange a courtesy shuttle from the airport, once we were able to talk with a staff member working the front desk, all went smoothly.
The lighting in our room was too low, plus the shower set-up seemed unnecessarily complicated, and the water pressure too low for an enjoyable shower.

Staff was amazing friendly and so helpful I will be back just because of them! Room AC amazing during the summer. The beds are super comfortable. Room is very spacious.
Bathroom doors been a glass sliding door makes it a little uncomfortable when staying with family feels like no privacy and some of the electronic did not work in our room plug in under the tv and the refrigerator was not getting cold.

Very nice hotel! Clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient to the airport. I loved the extended parking option (only $20/day) and the free shuttle to and from the terminal.

Location was great, food and service was great, room was nice and clean.
Sheets were a tad nosy, low water pressure on third floor but wasn't terrible at all!

Very large and spacious room. Clean.
We were not informed that the breakfast was free -- included in the rate; so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel and had breakfast at the airport.

Close proximity to airport with shuttle service. Nancy at the front desk was a gem . Dinner was very good . Breakfast was excellent with many delicious options for breakfast .

Good breakfast. Very spacious rooms! Comfy beds. Convenient complimentary shuttle to and from airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location for a stay between flights, close to airport.
For our 1 night stay it was perfect! Nothing we didn't like.
