The room was clean and the air conditioner was cold ( good). The bed was comfortable, etc.
Was close to everything we wanted to do on a weekend. Was very peaceful.
Friendly people. Clean and private.No stairs.

Cons -

Hard bed. No soap or shampoo. Water was muddy when first turned on the bathroom faucet Toilet was. Not clean
I had thought that the motel was IN the city of Wellsboro, but it was 12 miles away from the center of it.

The only problems with the motel was the bathroom light did not work. Used room light instead,which was fine since we only stayed 1night.Fit our needs since we only stayed 1 night.
