Very good location. Kind staff. Nice city view from the room.I arrived at night and the toilet flush wasn't working, the reception called the technician who arrived within minutes and quickly solved the problem

Location, hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Great to have a fridge and microwave

Having to ask every day for more tea and coffee and then having to wait for housekeeping to come to our room with it

The location was excellent nestled in the downtown core, I was able to reach my conference site within minutes of walking. Additionally, I was able to travel easily with the train right at the doorstep. The room was quiet and clean, great for my purpose. I loved the facilities, the gym was open 24 hours, good for someone on 15 hour time difference.

Great location super close to the train and walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. Beds were comfortable, appreciated the Kuerig in the room and coffee in the lobby.

A little dated mainly the carpet in rooms. Also had an unexpected fee at check-in I called after original booking to add an extra night and was assured that my start would be continuous and I wouldn’t have an additional deposit but that wasn’t the case. I had to go check out/check in again. Not a big deal just wasn’t what I was told over the phone. I would still stay again.

Large room, relatively comfy bed, nice shower.

No duvet just a light sheet, had to pay $3 for bottled water. Minimal coffee and tea provided- had to ask twice for these to be replenished, someone eventually arrived 2 hours later, knocked on door at 11:30 at night.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The room was perfect, clean and more than enough for a solo traveller

With the exception of a lady whose name I unfortunately didn't make a note of, I thought the staff on reception were a little distant. Clearly good at their job, I didn't feel the connection with me as a guest. That's not to say they were by any means rude, I just felt as if they were merely going through the motions.

Spacious room, great location, well-equipped fitness center. We could walk to lots of shops, restaurants and attractions. The Riverwalk is a short walk, too. Great value.
