The Westin Savannah Harbor truly has a lot to offer. The amenities were excellent and the location is ideal for enjoying Savannah. Overall the atmosphere of the resort made for a very enjoyable stay.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, I did experience two issues that were disappointing. First, I was mistakenly double charged for my reservation — once by the third-party booking company and again by the hotel. Although the staff acknowledged the error and began the refund process, I was told it could take 14–21 days for the refund, which feels unreasonable for a mistake that was not mine. I made Westin aware of this issue on August 15th and have yet to receive a refund regarding this matter. I understand staff stated 14-21 days, but I feel highly this is unreasonable and unacceptable to maintain customer service. Second, during my stay I encountered fleas in the room. We did not travel with pets, so I know this was not something we brought with us. This was very concerning and impacted my comfort level during the visit.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff is the gym in this hotel. Loved the water taxi.

I felt like little pieces of information were Although the staff was absolutely wonderful I felt like pieces of information was left out. For example, when we checked in the ladies were so nice and quick, but no one told us where the elevators were, no one told us the luggage carts where if you self parked.

The venue was not accommodating when we advised we booked one extra day in error, the room was humid the entire time, they did not clean our room until late in evening so we had to do it ourselves into between meetings, the food was horrific, dining staff unattentive, the pool area was dirty, mold and dirt around hot tub, trash in hottub, the borders around the landscape of pool area broken and rusted my friend hit her ankle on it. We call for bell hop on day we were leaving and waited over 34 mins until we called down again for them. Overall do not recommend this hotel

The facilities are quite good, the social areas are very nice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

To begin with, they didn’t have any more king-size beds available, and my reservation to celebrate my first anniversary with my wife was for a room with a king-size bed. We ended up sleeping in separate beds on our anniversary.Second, on the night of our anniversary, we went to eat at the restaurant. The menu options were very limited. We ordered the chicken and the filet mignon—the chicken was nothing like what we expected; it was dry. I wouldn’t eat at the restaurant again. If they’re only going to have ten dishes, they should all be amazing.The next morning, the buffet breakfast had a 20-minute wait, and not because there were no available tables—half the restaurant was empty. The problem was that half of the tables were dirty. They had two hosts who weren’t really doing anything. Eventually, one of them started helping the others clean, but overall, the service was very inefficient.I wouldn’t return to this hotel. Even though the facilities are worth it, the service was mediocre

I like the location. I love that we could ride the ferry across to River St. The room was good size and the bed was comfortable. I liked the river view. We watched several cargo ships coming in and out of the port.

I didn’t like paying a resort fee, as none of the amenities were anything we would use. I also didn’t like having to pay for parking. The fee charged for the room should have been sufficient enough to cover parking.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There could be a better menu in the restaurant. The inside bars were very limited as to what you could drink. No frozen drinks at all(buy another blender for inside )our room wasn’t cleaned one of the days . I think they could check back and clean it later if you have the do not disturb early . But they don’t.

Nice location, ferry service to downtown service great, so no need to drive there and park. The pool and jacuzzi were great

Malfunctioning light, which they never replaced. Pillows were so fat, my husband had a stiff neck for days. When I requested a flatter pillow, they stated they didn’t have any because they couldn’t do feathers, which is a lame excuse. My pillow at home is flat and I’m sensitive to feathers. Hotel staff was rude when I asked for extra coffee pods, and then she gave me decaf
