Pros +
- The staff very attentive, helpful and nice. The hotel was extremely clean and closed to UCF campus. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast was good.
- It was laid out nicely, rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the pool and jacuzzi it was clean and good size.
- It's good for a one-night stay. Breakfast was good.
Cons -
- I did not have hot water night of arrival or in the morning. They did correct hot water issue that night but did not restore to my area until I complained about still not having hot water.

- We had trouble with the TV in our room. Someone came to help us but it was not resolved.

I did not have hot water night of arrival or in the morning. They did correct hot water issue that night but did not restore to my area until I complained about still not having hot water.
