Location & friendliness of staff along with the security measures they have undertaken!!

It was clean, quiet and I felt safe.

The staff was super friendly. They make you feel welcome. The location is fantastic. We walked all over. Very affordable. We had a balcony and that was a nice touch to watch the city.

Room service. I am almost positive when we stayed here a few years ago we were able to order room service. I know Covid killed a lot but if possible bring it back. Book of amenities in room is always a plus, we did get a map of portland though. Parking

Clean, helpful staff and we loved having Swine, a top notch pub, right off the lobby. The bartenders made us feel like regulars.

The bathroom had hair all over the floor and shower. There were socks from pervious guests still on the window seal.

Staff was wonderful, great location and nice view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable

For the amount we paid for our room, (which was spendy)the bathroom sink was cracked and furnishings a little dated. Bar closed early as did room service Next time we'll look for something else in the same location

Secure building. Spacious room. Actual hotel building was quiet and felt small because of the layout.

More worn down than expected. Especially for the price. Fitness center was lackluster. Area was noisy. Room often smelled like campfire because of a drafty window and smokestack on the roof next door.

Great hotel, they have two separate restaurants, The Swine and The Swank. Both restaurants are lively, great Service and food. This Hotel is right in the middle of downtown Portland and a block from the metro train with quick access to the airport.

The pillows and bed were so uncomfortable and there was no fan in the bathroom.

I hotel staff and location was excellent! The room was bed was so comfortable, we wish we could have taken the bedding and pillows home with us! Our room had a whirlpool tub such after a long day was so relaxing!

The view from the Room was beautiful The staff were very helpful inside the hotel.

The valet did not help with luggage I did not find them friendly at all.

This a fine location downtown . Room was attractive clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient . It is close to restaurants. Art Museum, and shopping.

Valet parking was available but too expensive to use. Public parking nearby was half the price.

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed, great staff.

Great location within walking distance from all of downtown and public transportation. Very accommodating staff, all the way around. Great bar downstairs.

The only low about this hotel was the water pressure in the shower. It was like taking a shower in a sprinkler.

Location central to city trains.

Food was found in the room refrigerator.

Taylor Street Tavern! Wonderful, delicious breakfasts, excellent, courteous staff! Don’t miss it!

Location was ideal. Close to everything. I felt very safe in the area.

Friendly concierge, helpful desk staff. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again
