Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The hotel was not crowded.

They have the strangest breakfast buffet I've ever dealt with. They seat you as if you were in a regular restaurant, ask you what you want off of the buffet (3 choices, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage), then THEY get you the food from the buffet but they tell you to get your drinks yourself. If you want anything other than the 3 choices from the buffet, such as an omelet, then they charge you full restaurant prices. Then, even if you only have the buffet, they give you a bill asking for a tip. The whole thing is really strange and terrible value for the money you pay for the "breakfast included" option on your booking. I've stayed at a lot of other Hiltons and never experienced this. Also, if you're staying for more than 1 night, be aware that they only provide room service and new towels ever other day. They basically charge premium Hilton prices for a Hotel 6 experience.

Staff friendly, room was clean and spacious. Location was good, loved that there were places to walk to across the street.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. We also went on a Thursday for a concert and they had a social hour with free drinks and apps! Amazing and tasty! Staff was also accommodating. Would stay again

The only thing negative was the bed. Mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows went so flat so fast

Under construction. Pool was closed, business center was closed, parking lot was being torn up and replaced and we kept having to move all the cars. Housekeeping didn’t clean room when requested and left for the day without doing it.

Location is great! Just wish you didn't have trees obstructing your beautiful views!!! Staff was fantastic!

Our toilet handle was loose and there was no vent in the bathroom. The room would get hot pretty quickly after a shower. Plus needs more lighting in the room.

Very quiet hotel, overall staff was nice other than a breakfast attendant being rude. Rooms where clean.

There was no protein served for breakfast unless you want to pay 11 dollars. I was told only the cold stuff is free. Parking was sometimes tough to get a spot in handicap.

The parking lot is small and not much parking very close to the hotel entrance. Continental breakfast was $7! Seems a bit high to me. Loud guests in the room above me slamming doors at midnight.
