- Staff was extremely helpful and amazing!
- The rooftop pool (7ft deep) at night was gorgeous since the Sears Tower is the backdrop.

- Our room smelled faintly of cigarellos (cigar/cigarettes). We kept the room but let the front desk attendant know.

I enjoyed my check-in hotel experience. Each staff member I encountered with was very pleasant. Especially the woman who checked me in.
