It's centrally located to all the downtown activities we wanted to do. Valet parking, so nice not to have to deal with parking. Very clean throughout the whole place. Top-notch staff, super friendly and helpful. Our room was at the perfect temperature, very clean, and super quiet.

Convenient location, parking is close by and reasonable priced. We have big price reduction and have good value.
Facilities are little outdated. Have some issues with heater control.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The location is very convenient. The room is clean and roomy.
The safe box wasn't working. The heater was not working and the staff changed us to another room, however the heater was not working neither in the other room. We couldn't sleep well overnight.

Great location and clean comfortable room.
The whole take a £400 deposit for “hidden charges” thing has become a bit wearing. I’ve no idea how much I’ve spent. If they owe me anything back they aren’t in a hurry paying it to me. But I think that’s a problem with American hotels in general.

My room was super clean and tidy. The staffs in the reception desk were friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy!
