- Very friendly and professional staff.
- The staff are the friendliest we've ever met. Starting with the Valet and staff at the front desk, we were greeted with such hospitality I doubt that we will stay anywhere else while visiting Portland again! Plus, the rooms are great!

Cons -
- No fan in the bathroom. Ice machine on even floors only was inconvenient. Had I known this I would have requested to be on an even floor.
- I had one concierge request that was unfulfilled.

Exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very pleasant and I loved the room. It was comfortable and in a convenient, walkable location.
