Excellent location, helpful staff, very friendly, good price for the location.

Very old, need refurbished urgently, the elevator is horrible very old, dangerous, broken down so many times.

Close to restaurants, attractions. Very spacious. Very good breakfast. Plenty of sitting.

Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, with an excellent breakfast offering plenty of options. The staff were always friendly and attentive. Parking was also very convenient.The accommodation was excellent: a spacious room with a full kitchen and a large refrigerator (though no oven). I also made use of the washer and dryer available on two different floors, which were very easy to access and operate.

The only downside was that my stay lasted 12 days, and unfortunately, the elevator to the third floor (where my room was located) was out of service from the second day until the end of my stay.

I have stayed here many times, it was always good. Breakfast is included and is lovely. The rooms are big and really quiet!

When I checked out the person on the desk was a bit rude, never asked us if we enjoyed our stay. Also as we have stayed there about 6 times over the past few years I think they should acknowledge that and maybe just say welcome back to regular visitors? We were travelling around South Florida for a week and had planned to come back to stay here for the last 5 days of our vacation but it made us think maybe we should try somewhere else on I drive for a change so we did that. I do still like the hotel and may come back to stay in future!

Pool area good to relax in. Love the fact that it has a salt chlorinator and chemicals aren't used.Bed was comfy. Interior room clean and good space. Well stocked.Location on International Drive was very good. Easy to get around. Close to Icon Park. Excellent restaurant nearby - Olive Garden. Breakfast was pretty good with a fair selection.Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Passage area could be kept a bit cleaner, definitely around lift area.At one time none of the lifts in the hotel worked. The rest of the time only one lift worked for the entire hotel which is a bit ridiculous for the size of the hotel and it had an expired service certificate.Breakfast dishes were paper and plastic - expected a bit better for a Hilton umbrella hotel/suite.Mold in the a/c units in the one room.Water damage obvious from showers on door jambs.

Room was spacious with good facilities.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic and although we booked a family room the sofa bed wasn't set up so we had to make our own bed when we arrived late at night.

Location, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Bed was comfortable, cozy room.

Tv wasn't a smart tv.
