Lovely resort, room was very spacious and bed extremely comfortable. Staff were polite & check in/check out was quick and easy
Felt a bit outdated/needs renovation. The room was very noisy - I could hear much from outside, the corridor and the rooms above which made it difficult to sleep

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. The boat taxis were a lovely way to travel to and from universal parks. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were so spacious and beds were so comfortable. Staff couldn't do enough for us. They were amazing. The hotel had a very relaxing, calm feel about it. The unlimited express passes were an added bonus. We would love to visit again.
We loved everything about the hotel. The only thing we didn't like was that they didn't sell regular bottles of water in the hotel. We had no choice but to purchase the expensive ones.

The room is great. It looks like Portofino. Room was large and spacious. Staff was friendly. Check in expereince was great. Very good hotel
First let me say, The Hotel was great!The hotel offers express passes for Universal Studios for the duration of the stay. These express passes do not scan on Universal rides. It errors out. As a result, the staff keeps checking and rechecking your tickets. And this was very annoying. But this has to do with Universals pathetic systems. The hotel was great.

Great location for the parks just a short boat ride to Universal studios and Islands of Adventure. Excellent onsite facilities, restaurants and pools are lovely. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds.

Beautiful property…loved the pool and on site Starbucks. Beds very comfortable.Room large and well appointed. Boat to Universak Studios was great.
