- Loved the staff (restaurants, pool, & entertainment especially)!! Hotel employee took incredibly care of us at Rinc�n & Spice. Hotel employee while dining at Spice as well!
- Everything was spectacular, everything very clean, the attention from the moment you walk through the door is exceptional. All employees are very attentive and with very good manners.
- Excellent location, very friendly staff
Cons -
- Did not enjoy the 11PM cutoff for alcohol service on property. The water closet within the bathroom was in a poor state, with the shower glass moving around in the frame and fruit flies constantly appearing even after killing some.
- The only thing I did not like is when we were eating at the restaurant on the beach side, there were cats and gaspachos walking through the restaurant almost every day but more in the afternoons.
- Lobster and certain steaks weren't included in the all inclusive price
