Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Airport

I really enjoyed the location. It was close to my work event. It also had an indoor pool which was perfect to relax in the night before (and it was warm!). There are towels in the pool room. It’s a small ask but there’s been plenty of hotels that don’t have that. Breakfast was delicious and the room was fitted with a stovetop, microwave and fridge. The checkout time is later than most surrounding hotels so that was beneficial as well. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing (and it got super hot!). Very happy for this place to stay at near the airport and close to our event center.

Lots of breakfast options. I wish breakfast hours (at every hotel) went a little later for those of us who sleep in. The room was really spacious. Had a full kitchen and living room, and then a bed with two queen beds. Pool was nice. Room was clean.

the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. the room, when cleaned, was good. our request for adjoining rooms was granted and so was our request for an early check in on atleast one room

the second room was not cleaned even though it was after regular check in time. it took a couple of calls to get it clean. but then the front desk staff came to inspect it personally which was nice. there was a smell of vape in the room that had not been cleaned and the carpets looked like they needed to be deep cleaned.

Same breakfast everyday with scrambled eggs and sausages as hot options. The hot breakfast is served for you by a staff which I didnt understand why? If for covid it doesnt make sense as everything else is touched by all guests such as toaster bread cabinet coffee maker etc. The last server on our last morning was quite rude. She was not there when I was serving then she came and practically snatched the spoon rudely saying "I have to serve you" well ok but pls be there or serve or maybe put up a sign! Dont remove your frustrations in the guests!

The location was excellent. A restaurant in the building would be great.
