Great location, spacious room, nice amenities. Great service at check in and check out. Fitness facility is spacious and well equipped.
Sense of arrival at the lobby is lacking, and the hotel lacks basic tea and coffee amenities in-room.

Real luxury, excellent customer service, above and beyond. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds/pillows, well equipped bathrooms. Friendly staff, very easy to feel welcome and at ease. Very central and easy to get to lots of places. Right next to SF MOMA.
Food was extremely expensive, even for San Francisco. Better to go to local places to eat e.g. for breakfast. It is very central which means that it can be near some homeless people, but I was never bothered and walked alone a lot.
