Location - mini kitchen, great water pressure - nice staff

A little run down - more of a long term rental site!

That it is located right by the tracks on a fairly busy rail line. Only drawback is none of the rooms have a trackside view, everything faces the street. Be nice to sit out on a balcony with a cold one and watch the trains roll by.

The shower head had only one setting, a needle spray that was quite painful if you pull the faucet all the way out. Very difficult to adjust properly. Wouldn¿t stop me from staying there again, now that I know its secrets.

Nothing!

No ice machine, no refrigerator, no microwave, need I go on! Shabby and dark, no redeeming qualities!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was decent. Clean and upkept.

Extremely out dated. Ice machine only produced limited ice. Had to get staff to get the air conditioning on. Had to pay a $40. Deposit for ¿incidental s¿. That wasn¿t clarified when we asked what are incidentals? Use keys for rooms.

The quality of your room an the fact that there qas no tweeters running round it qas quite an peaceful place ¿¿

I like traiins so the fact that it was 10 feet from the train track didn't bother me.

It was dirty and very ran down and in a very questionable part of town. I couldn't understand the guy from the office and we found other peoples things on the floor from other visits. There was another patron playing his music very loud till midnight

Not my first stay here. Older, but freshly painted, clean & comfortable. Train noise is soothing, not annoying. It¿s an authentic small town motel, not some stuffy chain. Pleasant host. I like it a lot. Bonus: Zips next door.

It was so nasty I checked in walked to my room opened the door made it less than 5 feet in decided to go back to office and I demanded my money back then went to a different hotel I will never pull into the parking lot of that hotel again

It’s was smelly & looked like it had not been updated since the 1980s it was gross & I didn’t stay there I demanded my money back & left

This is a good place to stay. Basic, clean, very pleasant host and a short walk to Zips for inexpensive lumberjack-sized breakfasts or halibut. Comfortable bed. Roaring water pressure. Not new or fancy, but quite comfortable.

Somewhat worn exterior. Train tracks behind the building Best price in the country ZIPs is next door

Scary, we pushed fridge against the door. Train ran all night.

It's an older building, given that it was exceptionally clean, with improvements being made (new flat screen TV recently installed). All personnel encountered were very courteous. A great value

Cheap and decent location even for being by railroad tracks

Beds are the most uncomfortable of any motel I've been to. Bugs in the room, spider had to be killed in bathroom ceiling corner. Air conditioner didn't work, luckily it wasn't a super hot day so the window opened helped cool it down at night.

Nice room for the price.

Small parking lot. Areas of the floor felt weak.

It was generally clean

Hotel was lacking in gen maintenance. Shower curtain fell on us. Outer Cat Walks were Soggy and the structure was shady at best. The Sound of the Train next door did not make for a quiet sleep, star rating did not match the quality of the Hotel

It sits next to the railroad! And, the walls are paper thin! I won’t stay there again.

Close to down town. BUT right next to railroad tracks of which trains came through all night long.

It’s right next to railroad tracks and trains go by all night long. We had brought our little dog of which on the advertisement I saw it said pet friendly. When we got there the owner was very rude and said the dog could not stay.

I thought it was well worth the money.It was 20 minutes from my destination which was convenient. Cheney is a quaint little town. The hospitality was very friendly and I appreciated the shampoo as well, Great A/C! Bed was very nice as well!

I was sad to see no microwave or coffee maker, both cheap items, also time to upgrade the tv set, otherwise well worth the money!!!

No heat in Washington state. Just air and that didn't even work. Bad neighborhood. Did not feel safe. Bad parking if you have a trailer. Smelled bad. People walking around hours. Remote only worked for volume Wall peeling in the bathroom from water damage
