The hotel is dated but clean. The food options were mediocre.

Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds (although they were soft), ample space and many of the 'normal' and expected amenities, although no microwave or refrigerator. For the price point, location, quality and included amenities,about what you'd expect.

Our room was on the far end of the third floor, so lots and lots of walking several long, carpeted corridors pulling luggage, which didn't roll easily. Not optimal. Everything else was great though. Included a free shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff.

It was clean. The location was across the street from the airport which made my early morning flight a lot less stressful.

Nothing! We stayed 2 hours and checked out and getting a room in another hotel.

The walls were disgusting. There was mucus with blood wiped on the bathroom wall. The bathroom was only partially wiped down as there were tiny beads on the sides of the vanity top. There was no fridge or microwave. No employees were around to help.

1/2 price food and it was very good

Hotel employee was a life saver!! We had a crazy layover at the airport and she had the toiletries necessary to get us through the night. Plus this lady went above and beyond for my wifes needs.cant ask anything more.

I couldnt stay their longer and uber and doordash need key card access to get to upper floors.kinda inconsistencies the whole delivery aspect.

Clean! Beds comfy! Hot shower! And the nicest most helpful staff! The shuttle driver was also the kindest!! This hotel is also very easy to walk to other transportation and the airport.. also there is a laundry room for guests which was perfect!

Yes, the sink in the bathroom drains super slow, and the bathroom itself is small ( maybe the price includes the tiny bathroom)

Front desk and Cafe staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was hit and good portion size

The shuttle driver. When we returned to Seattle we called the shuttle phone line. The driver passed us by and returned to the hotel. I had to call a 2nd time and wait 10 minutes outside for him to return. This was NOT what was promised

This is a 2 star hotel. Dont be fooled. To pay for a 3.5 star hotel is not right. Old and dilapidated. For a 2 star, I would rate higher. Nice people though.

All of the staff that I interacted with were very accommodating and always went the extra mile, Also, the noise level was surprisingly low considering the proximity to the airport.

Difficulty communicating with the airport shuttle driver. My sister stayed in the room for the entire stay and came down with a bad cold. Recommend disinfecting between residents.

Room was not very clean. Found trash on bathroom floor, couch upholstery was filthy.

Very close to the SeaTac Airport in Seattle. Hotel provided free Shuttle pick up and drop off at the airport. Front desk staff was very helpful. They offered suggestions for some good local restaurants. Hotel Shuttle would even do drop off and return.

Great front desk Staff. Very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the FREE Shuttle Service to and from the SeaTac Airport. Also, the hotel recommended two very good restaurants, and the Shuttle even took me to and picked me up from the restaurant.

I was very satisfied based on the price I paid for this hotel.

The room was humid, smell like cigarette, the light in the bathroom didn’t work, the lamp next to the bed didn’t work. Carpet dirty.

The receptionist was rude, sighed when I started to read what I was required to sign. Hotel was dingy, hot & 3rd worldish without the charm. No refrigerator in room, internet too slow to watch any video. Bed was old & lumpy. Sketchy between room door.
