- The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was extremely nice and breakfast was good for being complementary
- The staff made me feel welcome. Front desk person restaurant servers were absolutely brilliant. Also my housekeeper and general manager were attentive and sensitive to my family?s needs. Location! Atmosphere! Staff! Winner

- The location is horrible, there is homeless everywhere and it feels extremely unsafe anywhere you go. While we were checking in the woman at the front desk had to keep leaving to call security and take pictures of someone screaming and threatening guests.

- Only that our room was on the first floor right by the parking area and there wasn't much privacy if we wanted the curtains open.
