Pros +
- The staff was amazing. Very nice and very professional. They were all very responsive to anything we needed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked that the room had a separate living room section with a door that could be closed between the sleeping and there. I also like having two tvs in the room - one in the living area and one in the sleeping area. The shades in the room blacked out the light. The room was warm, but not too hot. The host for breakfast went above and beyond.
- Shower beds staffAlthough bedding was really dirty.
- The property is centrally located, and easy to attend business meetings and conferences. The presence of a restaurant is a big plus.
Cons -
- These comments are not the hotel's fault, but I thought I'd write it just in case it helps out any families traveling. Our room overlooked a bus station. There were (seemingly) intoxicated bus riders screaming and fighting and wrestling at odd hours of the evening. It was loud enough to disturb us in our room, but not loud enough for us to not be able to drown out the sound with the tv. Also, there was a large group of non-English speaking young adult males lounging all over the lobby and dining area. It didn't feel like a safe situation, especially during the "happy hour" - although the front desk seemed to handle it fine.
- Price was outrageous. Older hotel for the price
- I had to wake up in the night due to heavy weed smell. I reported this to the management, and they were quick to address it. The lack of a mini fridge and a microwave in the room makes it a disadvantage when one wants to save food for later.
