- The staff were exceedingly warm and friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile and do it with a smile.
- The staff was amazing! security officer, went above and beyond for us! Great experience and I would recommend this hotel for your stay in San Juan. I give this hotel a 5 star rating.. Thank you!
- The bar downstairs was nice at night for late night drinks
Cons -
- Whirlpool was overcrowded most of the time, it looks it is too smal for a very large hotel.
- Just about every bar was under construction
- The hotel was Sunday construction and we were not aware. The lobby they access to the pool and the pool, where the construction. We fell that we didn?t get what we paid for, given the current affair of the hotel
