Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location.

Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, large TV, comfortable work chair. Nice bathroom. Well lit parking area. Nice dark roast coffee. Allows dogs.

$150 for a dog for one night is excessive. That makes cost almost double. Except for this we think the place is fantastic

Clean rooms

The dog at 4 in the morning. Was told all dogs were on fools 5 and 6. We had a big dog on the second floor. When discussing the incident with staff the next morning we were told “So!” Is a dog hotel! Bad answer. Booking .com pre paying policies prevented me from leaving the property.

The location was good for us. The price was ok, and breakfast was good.

The male night clerk at the desk wasn't pleasant or helpful.Rooms aren't as clean as they use to beKing mattress in 607 is awful! Thers a whole deep in the side closest to the windows

Floors throughout, even in elevators were dirty. Hallways smelled. Dog was left in room across the hall and barked continually when owner left the dog alone.Requested first floor, no rooms on first floor. Put us on 3rd floor. Breakfast was lacking.

Nice location well lit and quiet. Breakfast was good with options. Staff was nice. Everything was clean.

The staff was amazing. The Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was great. I will be back soon. This is the only hotel I’ll stay at whenever I visit Savannah. Everything about this hotel is 5 stars.

I loved everything about this hotel! We're from Michigan and we stayed for my South University graduation, Class of 2024! I was super impressed with how clean the room was. When sitting on one of the beds I thought they might be uncomfortable, beds felt stiff but I think it was because of the weighted comforter. Honestly, one of the best nights of sleep I had in awhile. The view from our room was beautiful... if you get to pick your room through Hilton Honors, for a 2 Queen Suite...stay in room 622 or choose a room that faces the front of the hotel. My boys loved the pool, hot tub, and weight room. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, red potatoes seasoned to perfection, bagels & cream cheese, different kinds of muffins and breads, cereal, 2 different waffle makers, a bunch of different toppings for waffles, yoplait yogurt, fresh fruit, mixed fruit, OJ, apple juice, and milk. Also, I must say that the breakfast crew is amazing! There were two buses of teens that came on our final night... I was worried about breakfast the next morning but these ladies handled it with ease! Period! Everything stayed stocked and never had to ask for any refills. Check-out was simple and easy. Will stay again if in Georgia. Definately recommend staying at this hotel. Would give 20 stars if I could!

This was not the hotels fault but there was a little confusion at check-in but that was because booking.com does not include tax or mention the incidentals fee that is refunded after check-out.

Everything was lovely. Rooms are very nice a lot of space and clean. The pool area as gym was nice also and the breakfast wasn’t bad either. I will book again
