Good value, good size room, excellent breakfast. Clean.

Limited parking for the size of this hotel.

Visited around Christmas. About a 5-minute walk from the station, convenient with the luggage. Within walking distance to the city and the Christmas cave markets we were visiting. Nicely decorated, feels festive. Breakfast had a normal variety. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We like the cozy bar area. Room was average, everything was functional.

No kettle in the room, guess we’re spoiled by hotels in Asia.

Queen bed was really two beds put together. Not comfortable for a couple. Also luggage storage was completely unsecured.

The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. It was a 5 minutes’ walk to the station and around 15 minutes’ walk to Old Town and the main Christmas cave market. The staff was very informative about the instructions on how to enter and exit the hotel if we were arriving after 11 pm or checking out very early.

No electric kettle or coffee service in the room.

All the internal doors were hard to navigate with a pram

All went perfectly. I had booked 2 rooms. Both were available before expected. The hotel called to inform me. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful! Just a few minutes' walk from the town center, perfect location. No complaints whatsoever. Would gladly book there again.

Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Hotel was nicely decorated for the winter season. Live music made our stay even more memorable.

I do not understand how an hotel can open breakfast at 8:00 and open check out at 9:00 only….. some people are working ! Do you care ? Room are basics but clean and okay

The top floor was very hot; thank goodness there were fans!Parking was a little problematic on the weekend, pity.

Plenty of choice at breakfast

My room was facing the road, there are many rooms that do not, so next time I will ask for a non roadside room

The hotel was easy to find, and the price for with how many people we were was good. It was nice that it was close to a station.

The bed I was sleeping in (room 110) was not straight and the right side of the bed was lower than the left. The floors were really squeaky and the overall feel of the hotel felt a bit outdated. The fact we couldn't park at the hotel and that it closed at 23:00 pm was really sad. We had a lot of expensive instruments and gear (which we could not all bring to our hotel room) and we had to park our cars on a public place which costs us more. It would have been nice to have sort of a safe space for our belongings and just a longer opening of a hotel in general. Breakfast was okay, but quite pricy for 17 euros. It would have been nice to see some more fresh items instead of fruit from a can to put in my yoghurt. Check in until 18:00 o'clock is also not what I am used to with hotels.
