Pros +
- The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.
- Have stayed at that location before when it was another owner. Very pleased.
- The location
Cons -
- We paid for a balcony room with a view but it was blocked off so there was no view at all.
- Staff very friendly and accommodating.
- floors were dirty, sheets were super thin, no mattress protector, pillows were awful, shower head was broken, mattress was ok. When I asked them about the mattress protector I was told that it is standard for LUXURY hotels. If you are paying luxury prices, luxury items should be provided. I pulled the sheets back on the bed and you could see the sweat stains from previous guests. So gross!
