Beds were so comfortable

The property had beautiful surroundings. Loved the sport center: indoor pool, cozy bar, nice room, plenty parking spaces & free, and close to town!One down side… heat wave going on in NL …. No AC in standard rooms only in superior room. Did not mention it in reviews or in amenities.Friendly staff & expensive breakfast €17.50.

It look like prison converted to hotel. We had premium room what was a joke nothing premium about it, maybe only premium price for it. … I’m scared to ask how normal room look like, and restaurant very basic food with waiter asking how I would like my pork to be cooked …. A lot of training need it for that guy.

- nothing if you know that the hotel is very large and you need to walk long ways to reach something

Hospitality at the Sports' Bar was exceptional. Also, Doggo sniffed out a doe on a walkie in the woods.Vast property.

Great location for travelling through, goof parking and car chargers. Big, clean hotel. Huge breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Excellent gym and leisure facilities. Convenient little shop in lobby.

Hotel gets very busy. Rooms can feel a bit crowded. Check in took pretty long.

It's a lovely hotel, the room was excellent and clean, every member of staff went out of their way to help you, were polite and friendly. The food in Portico restaurant was excellent, and the trappist bar had a superb beer selection.

Breakfast was great - tasty and lots of variety. It didn’t seem possible to pre-book children’s breakfasts online, but reception sorted that out when we checked in. Ask staff were very friendly, especially with the children.

Staff were so patient, accommodating, very approachable and always served with a smile. The hotel itself was very large, like a maze. Very short distance by car to the airport which is always handy. Beds were really comfy and room service was lovely!

We had an awful view, it was line with the below floor roof and side view of the car parks. Our room was small, a bit run down in terms of aesthetic. There were towels missing from the bathroom, no iron, TV wasn’t working properly. Didn’t like the fact that the toilet brush was not covered and open… very lucky it seemed like a new brush but imagine if it wasn’t. The water/coffee was all out of sight and ended buying water. Wifi was awful, was not stable at all in room but outside nearer reception is better

I've been here numerous times before. The staff was friendly and helpful as usual and the breakfast buffet was tasty too. My room was slightly smaller than expected, but the comfortable bed made up for it.

The room was a little smaller than I was used to from this hotel and I had to take a detour to reach the convention area because a hallway was closed to the public. No reason provided. I would've preferred a more direct route, especially in a hotel with long hallways like this one.The messy redecoration of the breakfast hall was a hiccup in an otherwise great stay. I used to know where everything was, but now things had moved around and instead of the cosy feel of the place, it was way too big to really enjoy breakfast quietly.

The overall experience was great, the food from the restaurant was excellent. By the way, the breakfast was indeed excellent (a 10 with a star), very tasty.However the buffet of €32,50 was a disgrace from A to Z, not recommended!!!

Big parking

Hotel is more just like the conference facility it’s attached to, it’s very bland and full of long corridors and huge, stay here because it suits me for location otherwise not a chance

Nice room with a bench on the porch, good view on my car from my room. Easy accessible to the city.

The hotel was kind of a maze, but after a few walks we knew where to go.

I stayed there in a work trip, after driving through Europe and doing a 6h drive everyday. The facilities are amazing, clean, the restaurant and bars are lovely and the staff is super helpful. I had only had a 2h sleep the night before in a different hotel because of a very large group of people making noise outside my room until 4am. So when I saw there were many groups of young athletes at reception when I checked in I expressed my concern to the receptionist explaining I would appreciate a room away from the groups. He was very reassuring and patient and I had in fact the best night sleep I’ve had for a very long time. The room was quiet, perfect temperature, bed incredibly comfortable and nice linen. 10/10 !!

A good hotel, well located from the airport, 10 minutes by car. Clean room, everything functional, very nice and attentive staff.

They should work a little on the comfort in the room, especially the mattress, it was not comfortable. I can't say anything about the breakfast, I had a plane to catch, and at 7:05 there was a line of about 20 people waiting to enter the restaurant, because there were already no more seats!

Great location, a lot of facilities at the hotel, like gym, pool restaurants.

A very nice hotel with good facilities, not far from Eindhoven airport.

The rooms could do with a bit of refurbishing but for the rest all good.

We arrived at the property, it looked from the outside a very unwelcoming building,smart photography isn't visible when booking.The receptionist was helpful, the 'staff', I use the term loosely didn't speak English or Dutch but grumbled when greeted!!The room looked like a hospital room without the nurse!!!It took us 5 minutes walking through the building and up with a lift to get to our room.We didn't unpack but went back to the receptionist, who reminded us we would not be refunded if we left.We left and booked in in Van Der Valk Eindhoven Best, which was sold out on booking, but on their site still had rooms vacant.We WILL NEVER GO BACK TO NH KONINGSHOF VELDHOVEN!!!!!!

Loved the location just off motorway, plenty of parking, clean hotel with amazing features. Staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Great warm shower and comfy beds
