Four Points By Sheraton French Quarter

Location was great central to our needs

Was not expecting the party atmosphere but got use to it. Wish I was young!

Room was very comfortable. Staff were absolutely wonderful. A great value for the price. Balcony view overlooking Bourbon Street

This hotel is great and the bedrooms are plush with comfortable beds .

No. NO way, this is slap bang opposite 4 bars open until 3 am and this is loud. I honestly can sleep with noise so I was fine but even I wouldn't stay here again due to proximity - its too much! from around 3pm in the afternoon to 4am at night is not healthy. There were sometimes the halls were loud too, as a Brit we have many holiday locations like New Orleans - Magaluf, Benidorm etc etc but I do not expect guests to be loud in a 4 star Sheraton hotel - New Orleans or not. Just because its New orleans doesn't mean you're having a party in the hallways and your room - go enjoy the CITY.

Do not stay in the French Quarter unless you want to go drinking and enjoying night-life, balcony opened out to very loud busy street full of drunks, homeless people and un savoury characters, smelt like a sewer but that is no fault of hotel. Bar across the street and next door play very loud music until early hours of morning but hotel tries to minimise this even supplying ear plugs. Research area before booking. Parking was expensive

the room was clean. Great location

Housekeeping was every other day, the hotel smelled like mold, they just keep charging your credit card everyday. it's a money grab and the staff don't tell you any of this upfront. you are not allowed to bring drinks that you buy off bourbon street into the hotel. they are overpriced for no amenities at all.

We had a wonderful stay from valets to registration,they were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and we had great service, really liked the hotel would highly recommend to others, we will be back. Your staff was awesome!

That we only stayed 1 night!

The staff was fantastic. Location walkable to everything. Rooms were spacious and clean. We had views of the historic architecture and courtyard. Courtyard pool was perfect for cooling off after walking around in the summer heat. Valet was quick and easy to access. Security was present to ensure lobby area was available to those staying at the hotel.

Beautiful building right on Bourbon Street, so the location was excellent for us. Our rooms were large and very comfortable, and we barely heard any street noise even though ear plugs were kindly provided. Security on the front door made you feel safe, as you had to show your key card when re-entering the hotel. The bar in the lobby was lovely, with amazing staff, and the small tuck shop was very handy! The pool was also stunning.
