This boutique hotel is located on Bourbon Street in the center of New Orleans’ French Quarter. It features an outdoor pool surrounded by a tropical courtyard and a bar. All guest rooms at Four Points by Sheraton French Quarter have views of the courtyard or French Quarter and feature a flat-screen TV and mini-bar. The spacious rooms are elegantly decorated with wood furniture. This historic building used to be the Old French Opera House and maintains its unique architecture. A business center and gym are available at Four Points. Guests can enjoy a variety of hot and cold breakfast options for purchase to go and cocktail service weekend nights at the Puccini Bar in the lobby. The Ernest N Morial Convention Center and Louisiana Superdome are a 5-minute drive from this upscale Sheraton hotel. Jackson Square and the French Market are 10 minutes away by foot.

- Everything was amazing!!!!
- The staff was fantastic. Location walkable to everything. Rooms were spacious and clean. We had views of the historic architecture and courtyard. Courtyard pool was perfect for cooling off after walking around in the summer heat. Valet was quick and easy to access. Security was present to ensure lobby area was available to those staying at the hotel.
- The location is fabulous! We had a large joined balcony facing Bourbon street. Close to all the bars. The pool was nice, could use more beach umbrellas and a shade area.
Cons -
- The food they had available from the bar was maybe a 4 out of 10 at best. The pizza was like cardboard with cheese and sauce. Mott sticks were like cooked sat for 30 minutes and put in microwave. Just the food was disappointing. :/
- The bathroom was quite small, limited draw space for clothes, the restaurant wasn’t opened for dinner. The location although great was also a problem at night due to the bar noise which on till 3:00 am.
- Our only complaint would be the shower in our bedroom, low pressure and a unfixed shower headBut the rest was great
