Pros +

  • Close to family.
  • Absolutely nothing
  • Didn’t know they had breakfast.

Cons -

  • The shower didn't work and they really didn't want to give us 1 extra towel
  • I asked for easy access to room due to need for us being older and need for cane ane oxygen. When we got there they were going to put us behind a wall without easy access. They changed rooms at extra cost to us and it was not really handicapped assessing. It had a large step into the room. Also the tub was so slippery without any thing in it to help stand. I slipped and fell into the tub. A lady brought a seat after the fall. She also called the EMTs to get me out. When they came one of them was going to get behind me in the tub and he almost fell and stated "that tub is definitely slippery". He went to get his boots on to help me and even with the boots he still slipped. In addition to the above when I made the reservation I stated I had a pet. I was quoted a price but when arrived they stated there was a pet fee. The original quote was around 117 but wound up paying around 179. I was very upset. I told them when I checked out that they definitely needed to fix their tubs and that they should not have charged me extra.
  • Everything, I was to scared to even stay 5 minutes. And the room wasn't clean.
