The room was clean and comfortable.
I got the hot tub room for my bfs birthday and we had friends stop by our room to have cake and a few drinks. All of our friends also had rooms for the weekend as well. The desk guy badgered me the entire time and told me he would cancel my other room as well that had my husband, my 12 year old and baby in there. I've rented here several years in a row for my bfs bday and never had problems like this. I worked in hotels, I left the room spotless and nobody was loud. In fact the room next to us was 10x louder. For the price I paid it was complete crap to have to tip toe around when everyone who was there literally also had their own rooms.
