Very nice hotel with a great and comfortable lobby. Many different places to sit and chat with other people or just be by yourself.
The location isn't really in the nicest part of St. Louis , but it didn't feel unsafe. There was a police officer on site 24/7 as are most places in St Louis nowadays. Also, parking is not cheap and complicated.

Very nice hotel but parking was expensive and the wifi wasn't free so that was not great but the hotel was very clean and staff was very nice.

The majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I called on Sunday morning to order room service the person who answered helpfully told me that the amount I was about to spend on the pancakes could purchase an all-you-can eat morning buffet. I found the staff throughout the hotel helpful at different points throughout the stay. It is a nicer hotel for the price than most.
I requested the room be services, all we got were towels laid on the unmade beds. The beds were not made, the coffee was not refilled. "Room service" was essentially grub hub. It was delivered in a paper bag with woodenware to eat it (not plasticware, not silverware). It wasn't delivered on a tray or on plates or with silverware. All of the towels in the pool area were gone on Sunday morning. Parking was $20/day and you have to park a very long way away from the hotel. The furniture is old and worn, the corners of the showers were dirty.

Great location, very beautiful place.
Paying for parking with the price is kinda crazy. WiFi being $10 a day is wild too.

I love the ambiance of the hotel. The price was affordable for a weekend and location. The staff were so welcoming and helpful.
I did not like how we had to pay for wi-fi and parking. That was not in the description unless I did not read the fine print. I received a king size room but the bed felt like a queen. The rooms kind of did not look like the pictures on the booking app. The website or the app must need to be updated. The bed was extremely hard and our bathroom smelt like a sewer. I am hot natured and I've tried to adjust the unit in our room but it seems like it only stayed on 70 so my husband and I were very uncomfortable when we rested.

Good location, secure parking.
Room wasn’t the cleanest, bed was hard, they didn’t tell me about the $20 parking fee. Breakfast was not included. Made you pay additional for the WiFi.
