Great location and friendly staff
Extremely run down - very old fixtures and fittings, sagging mattress, damaged timber, noisy AC, TV didn’t work and sink plumbing leaked into floor when using basin

The hotel location was nice,and very clean. The staff were nice and very cooperative. I liked the free rich breakfast. Overall it was nice.
No microwave in the room.

Could have a better coffee machine in room. Maybe a Nespresso or Keurig type coffee machine.

Cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom; as well as items that came with the room, like the blow dryer and iron/ironing board; front desk offered warm cookies and water, which was nice.
The parking was omg! soooo confusing, especially for an out-of-towner. Eventually, we figured it out, but it just felt like such a journey to the hotel. I guess that comes with being near Lakewood Church and the highway.

I LOVED the cowboy Carter theme for the weekend! It added an extra level to our trip! The staff was super friendly and offered to take pictures for us. The AI was easy to request things by texting right from my phone. We only had a car for part of our stay and it was easy for them to remove the charge when we returned it. The rooms were very spacious. Loved loved loved my stay and definitely will be returning and recommending to others!
It would've been nice to know that the escalator from self parking was broken. Valet just said if we had a lot of things (which we didn't) to drop them off upstairs, but failed to mention the escalator being broken and no elevator to take your suitcases up from self parking.

Great hotel. Super nice staff. Nice bathrooms but there was a phone in ours which made me think they only updated part of the bathroom, not the whole thing.
Bar closes by 10 pm and the parking garage is an absolute nightmare. Pay the extra money and do valet parking.
