The helpful staff

Only one bedside stand. No luggage stand or other place to place items. Mold in the tub. Refrigerator so close to wall that it was difficult to open without moving it. No extra blankets and minimal shampoo and toiletries. Really skimpy.

Room was large and spacious

It is in a very bad area and there were drug needles littered around the parking lot and the area did not feel very safe.

Staff

Water pressure was very low. Toilet flooded & wouldn't flush. There were flying stinker bugs in the room. Reported it to staff. He responded to issues immediately. ?

Location

It wasn't very clean, the breakfast was lacking at best. Only packets of instant oatmeal on day one, and they ran out by day two. Staff was never at the front desk and we had to wait around for someone to show up for check in.

The location is perfect.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was food left on the floor, in the heating unit and the night stand had a sticky residue.

No frills but clean and safe - friendly staff excellent location.

Room was clean.

No staff to welcome you when you arrived. "Breakfast" was lacking big time. Coffee was meh, ok. No staff present for over 10 minutes when trying to check out.

All staff members were friendly, kind, and very helpful.

My room smelled like fried onions when I checked in. Staff provided Febreze and spray cleaner to help get rid of the odor.

Allowed dogs

Sink was backed up; Breakfast only grab and go; We were in a room near the main entrance and smoke from smokers outside seeped into our room.

There was a power outage for two days of the stay, and I will be here for a while for another week. I would looking for a refund for two days of my stay.

Front desk person was very nice

My daughter was bitten up. She has bites all over her. I started feeling bites. We immediately left.

The location was great for the venue I was attending and the staff were all pretty friendly.

Just one minor issue. I had 2 rooms - one had a "french fry" smell to it, as though someone had just been cooking in it. Only in the room, not the hallway. Talked to the front desk to see if maybe they could spray some freshener, but they never did.

Convenient to where I needed to be, however, there are many hotels that meet that requirement.

I had other guest pounding on my door. I complained to front desk they did not do anything about it. I had very noisy floor. I was not happy with the creamers for coffee. I talked to front desk and they were argumentative. I wont ever stay at your hot

Fire Alarm sounded with no announcement of what was happening or should be done.

Location

The room was dirty (floors not vacuumed, hard floors not swept or moped ,dust on all surfaces, stove with visible food not cleaned). The bathroom sink clogged with hair.

Very friendly staff and a nice size room.

Disappointed with the breakfast selection.

Price and location

Calling my room numerous times before 11am to see if I'm leaving/staying another night. Is this something that is always done to all guests? I feel like I'm being singled out.
